聚氯脂/橡胶复合结构轮胎简介
众所周知聚氯酯具有强耐磨性能,但国际、国内相关企业和专家在研究用其代替橡胶方面尚无实质性的突破,我们所开发的聚氨酯/橡胶复合结构轮胎把橡胶的良好物理及动力学性能和聚氯酯超强耐磨性及环保特性有机结合起来,开辟轮胎领域的新天地。主要技术构架如下:
It's well-known that polyurethane's property of anti-abrasion is very good, but there is no substantive breakthrough in replacing rubber. The polyurethane/rubber tire we developed has combined the good physical & dynamic characteristics of rubber and high abrasion property of polyurethane, that opened the door to the new era of tires. The main techincal structure is as following:

产品特性/Features of products:
1.高耐磨性:聚氯脂/橡胶复合结构工业轮胎在普通水泥路面条件下能使用1 200个小时以上,普通橡胶轮胎一般只能用400—500小时,聚氯酯橡胶复合结构轮胎的耐磨性是普通橡胶轮胎的2倍以上;
1)Anti-abrasive: The polyurethane/rubber industry tire can work over 1200 hours when compared with normal rubber tire (400 - 500 hours). The abrasive resistance index is about 2 times higher than normal tire
2.抗穿刺性:聚氨酯增强了胎面的强度.聚氯酯/橡胶复台结构工业轮胎有超强的抗刺扎能力.扎破率仅为橡胶轮胎的1/20.极大的降低了补胎和换胎的工作量;
2)High penetration resistance: The use of polyurethane enforced the strength of the tread, and it reduces the penetrating rate to 5% of normal rubber tires. which save a lot of work of change tires/and repair tires
3.绿色环保:具有良好降解性能的聚氨脂材料使我们的轮胎在食品、医药、电子等领域倍受青睐。
3)Environmental protection characteristics: The polyurethane material having good performance of degradation that made our tire win high reputation in food, medicine, electronics fields.
4.色彩多元:轮胎胎面色彩可根据客户的要求进行个性化设计(如红、橙、黄、绿、青、蓝等)
4)More colors available: The tread color can be designed in accordance to customers requirements(like red, orange, yellow, green, blue etc.)
聚氨酯-橡胶复合结构轮胎系列由于聚氯酯材料额高伸长率和很好的耐油、抗低温、抗臭氧老化性能,高耐磨环保轮胎比普通橡胶轮胎在恶劣环境路况下表现更为出色.适合工矿企业较为恶劣的复杂路况.
